1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our vehicle repair and rental services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Vehicle Repair Services
2.1 Estimates: All repair estimates are provided in good faith based on initial inspection. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered.
2.2 Authorization: Repairs exceeding the estimated cost by more than 10% require your explicit authorization before proceeding.
2.3 Warranty: We warrant our workmanship for 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties.
2.4 Vehicle Storage: Vehicles not picked up within 3 days of completion notification may incur storage fees of $25 per day.
3. Vehicle Rental Services
3.1 Eligibility: Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and insurance.
3.2 Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
3.3 Prohibited Use: Vehicles may not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving, or any illegal purposes.
3.4 Fuel Policy: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level. Refueling fees apply if not returned as received.
3.5 Mileage: Daily rentals include 100 miles per day. Additional miles are charged at $0.25 per mile.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of repair services
- Rental payments require a security deposit equal to the insurance deductible
- We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge
5. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Theft of personal items left in vehicles
- Pre-existing damage not documented during intake
- Consequential damages resulting from repair delays
- Accidents occurring during rental periods

7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.
